The perfect summer escape?

Professional dog-walker Felicity Knight loves everything about New York...until her ex-husband starts working at her local vet clinic. She hasn't seen Seth Carlyle in ten years, but one glimpse of him--too gorgeous, and still too good for her--and Fliss's heart hurts like their whirlwind marriage ended yesterday. So when her grandmother in the Hamptons needs help for the summer, it seems the ideal way to escape her past.

Their relationship might have lasted only a few scorching months, but vet Seth knows Fliss--if she's run away to the Hamptons, it's because she still feels their connection and it terrifies her. He let her go once before, when he didn't know any better, but not this summer! With the help of his adorable dog, Lulu, and a sprinkling of beachside magic, Seth is determined to make Fliss see that he's never stopped loving her...

Sarah Morgan delights with more love and laughter in her acclaimed series From Manhattan with Love, which Publishers Weekly calls "engaging...a classic sweep-you-off-your-feet romantic experience."

*** I received this book by the publisher in exchanged for an honest review, thank you so much to HQN Romance for giving me the opportunity too read and review Holiday in the Hamptons! ***

OMGosh this was such a fantastic and utterly amazing second chance romance book that I absolutely and totally love and enjoy so much. Just wow I just can't explain too you on how much I love this book without gushing about the whole book too you. But I am not going to do that because I don't want to spoil anything to anybody you just have too read this book too find out what I am talking about. But I will tell you when I got this book I had no idea that it was book 5 of the From Manhattan with Love series. But it is a ok too read it by itself because it can be read as a stand-alone book, but now I want too read the first book of this wonderful series. Because I absolutely want too know more about the other characters as well. I especially want too know more about Felicity & Harriet Knight older brother Daniel Knight more, O heck I want too learn and read more about all three Knight siblings. I think Daniel own book was book 4 and I am so going to check it out one day. I will tell you this book is about Felicity Knight aka Fliss book and I just love and connected too Fliss right away. I think she really is the very feisty and totally daring and outgoing of the Knight siblings. But of course she is very insecure and has low esteem she is always trying too prove herself too do much more better in her life, when she indeed is doing everything great and right in her life. She thinks she trying to prove herself but she is actually trying too prove too her horrible father that she is not worthless at all, even though she has not talk to her father for years. But she still let his terrible words get to her when she is a very successful and strong women. Yeah her father mistreated her, her siblings and her mother terribly. Lets just stay it left a deep mark on Fliss for years. But at almost the beginning chapters of Holiday in the Hamptons. Fliss is talking too her twin younger sister Harriet about expanding there successful dog walking business they have in Manhattan. Yes this is another reason why I adore this book so much, because they had different pets in this awesome book especially different breeds of dogs which I absolutely love reading about. But while Fliss is talking about expanding her dog walking business she is also very distracted about her ex-husband Seth who is also a vet working at a vet hospital in Manhattan. She knows she should talk too him after she left him and divorce him without telling him why she did that almost ten years ago. But Fliss just keeps running away from him and she keeps bottles up all her feelings, because she doesn't want anybody that she deeply cares and love about too get hurt. Fliss bottles up her feelings and runs away a lot she's been doing it since she was a kid and she has no clue that she is actually hurting the people more without communicating with them. But one day Fliss grandmother calls the girls saying she needs help at her house, because she had a small fall in her garden and she needs there help around the house at the Hamptons. But Fliss grandmother thought she was talking to Harriet at first Fliss was going to correct her, but an idea pop in her head. That she will pretend being Harriet and she will go too the Hamptons instead of Harriet too help her grandmother, so she could leave Manhattan so she doesn't have too talk to her ex-husband Seth. Now Seth Fliss ex-husband is a very handsome, amazing, very smart, loving and caring veterinarian. He is also a very patient man because he still loves and cares about his ex-wife Fliss and he will do everything right too get her back in his life again. That's why he starting to work at Manhattan in the first place when he bumped into Fliss older brother Daniel at the veterinarian hospital. But once Fliss goes too the Hamptons new adventure ensues, new friends meet, broken hearts are healed, secrets are reveal, and second chance love blooms. I tell you Fliss had only one thing going too the Hamptons was to escape her ex-husband, but she never thought going too the Hamptons would change her life completely but for the better. And here is where I am going to leave it of at. All and all I thoroughly loved and enjoyed Holiday in the Hamptons. That I will most definitely will continue on reading more of the From Manhattan with Love series.
