Hello, my friends today I am doing a spotlight on From Elsewhere by Sarah Baethge

Title: From Elsewhere

By Sarah Baethge

Genre: Science Fiction Publication Date: July 22nd, 2019 by Smashwords - Sarah BaethgeAdd-On Goodreads
The book begins by following the sharill (humanoid alien) Nysol as he and a group of space pirates he is with steal asteroid mining spacecraft from their enemies, the kisleem (another race of humanoid aliens). When they are noticed, Nysol leads the ship guards away from where his allies are headed and strands himself on a planet to keep them safe. (The asteroids are on the asteroid belt in this solar-system and Earth is where he lands.)
Once on Earth, the first person Nysol runs into is Sean Miller who is out camping near where Nysol crash landed. Without much thought, Nysol zaps Sean with a beam that extracts an understanding of language from him, so now he can understand and speak English. Unfortunately, the beam also knocks Sean out, so Nysol stays around to make sure he is Ok. Nysol causes his ship and the beam weapon to dissolve, so there is to extraterrestrial evidence. Sean wakes up after a moment, but he is slightly confused now and for some reason believes that Nysol is actually his friend/co-worker Kevin. Nysol takes advantage of this and tries to play along that he is Kevin.
Nysol tries to stay hidden among a few people on Earth, but when his Kisleem enemy Poit(another humanoid alien) finds him among the humans, Poit decides to abduct them all. The humans try to get back to their normal lives, but Sean is pretty messed up from being zapped. Nysol wants to help them, but he also wants to join his girlfriend back in space.
