Saturday, March 9, 2019

Hello my lovely friends ahh yes the weekend book tag is finally here again. I decided to do The Book Addiction Tag where I found at the Reading With Rendz Please do check out this fun book tag at this book blog it was a lot of fun to do.

Now Here We Go!

1. What is the longest amount of time you can comfortably go without picking up a book?

One week or half a week it really depends on my mood if I want to read or just have a movie & tv day.

2. How many books do you carry on your person (or kindle) at any one time?

I carry one physical book on me and no kindle because not everywhere I go have internet access.

3. Do you keep every book you buy/receive or are you happy to pass them on to make space for more?

I actually pass some books on to other book stores and the books that I pass on are books that I either did not like, dnf, or I had a double from that specific book.

4. How long would you spend in a bookshop on a standard visit?

Ohh about 20 to 25 minutes long I spend in any book stores I just love browsing the book shelfs.

5. How much time per day do you actually spend reading?

It really depends on the book that I am reading but majorly I read to two or three hours in one book or e-book. Now if it is an audiobook I listen to one or two hours tops on a audiobook.

6. Where does the task ‘picking up a book’ appear on your daily to-do list?

I always bring one physical book with me when I am at any doctors appt. because I just be completely bored waiting to be call in next to see my doctors. And believe me the wait is always long for me when I am at any of my doctors visits.

7. How many books do you reckon you own in total (including e-books)?

Ohh sorry I can't tell you exactly on how many physical books including e-books that I have because it is to many to count. Lets just say I have plenty of books that will last a life time for me to read.

8. Approximately how often do you bring up books in conversation?

I only bring up books in conversation with other book nerds like me when I talk to them, but other than that not that often.

9.  What is the biggest book (page count) you have finished reading?

The biggest book that I have read and it's page count is 827 pages was Winter (The Lunar Chronicles, #4) by Marissa Meyer. And the book was so, so, so good I enjoy reading every page worth!

10. Is there a book you had to get your hands on against all odds i.e searching bookshops, online digging etc?

No not really I always find the books that I was looking for in book stores or online I never had a problem looking for books that I really wanted to get my hands on.

11. A book you struggled to finish but refused to DNF?

There isn't any book that I struggle with and did not dnf it. I just always dnf books that I struggle with I have to many books to waste time on books that I just don't like so I just dnf it.

12.  What are 3 of your main book goals for 2018 2019?

Easy to try a finish the three book challenges I am participating this year in 2019.

13. Have you ever had the privilege of converting someone into a reader (maybe via inspiration or incessant nagging)?

Ohh I so wish I could do this but alas but no I never converting anybody to be a reader like me.

14. Describe what books mean to you in five words.

1. Amazing

2. Educational

3. Therapeutic

4. Fantastical

  2. I enjoyed reading your answers. When books are downloaded to your Kindle you don't need internet access as they are on the device.
