My Thoughts

Wow wow WOW My very first Greek Mythology book that I have ever read and I just looovvvvveeee it! When I was a kid I used to be into Greek Mythology big time like I used read there stories and I also watch the tv show Hercules and Xena the warrior princess yea I was that into it. But my all time favorite Greek Myth story was of Persephone and Hades. I don't now why it took me so long to read this amazing book but I was afraid I would not like it, I did try the Percy Jackson book first to see I would get back into Greek Myth but I was not that into it. I don't now if it was the noise in the library or the people staring at me while I read it or what not but I just couldn't get into it. So I just thought that I was just not into Greek Mythology anymore. But when I won this book on a giveaway I decided to give it a try and see if I like it or not. Ohh Boy did I ever loved and enjoyed The Goodess Test so much that I almost read this book in one setting.

Kate Winters is driving to her new home at Eden, Michigan to her mother childhood home. You see Kate mom is dying from cancer and her last wish was for her and Kate to move back too her childhood home where she can spend her last time with her daughter Kate. So Kate is going to start at a new school with no other family members and no friends to be there for her if her mother won't live past the fall. When Kate starts school she meets new people and starts to befriend them. But there was a terrible accident from a prank that went terribly wrong to Ava who Kate thought Ava was a friend's of hers but she just wanted to Prank Kate. But something went really bad for Ava Kate tryes everything to help Ava but it was too late for her. That's where Kate meets Henry he claims he is Hades the Greek god of the underworld and he will save Ava if Kate makes a deal with him. So Kate agrees with the bargain and he saves Ava. Kate at first thought she was crazy but she talk to her new friend James and explain to Ava everything that happen to her at the lake at school and the both believed Kate. On the fall equinox Henry went to Kate home and explain to her what was the bargain he wanted from Kate that she agreed too. Henry wanted Kate too stay with him for six month and for her too try to pass seven test if she past this seven test she will become a goddess and become his wife, also if she agrees to do the seven test he will keep her mother alive while she does these seven test. Kate know's is sounds crazy but she has seen what he did to Ava and now saving her mother seem possible so she agreed too his terms. And that's all I am going to tell you about it. You have to read this amazing book to find out if Kate pass or fail the seven test, but I will say that Kate goes through an emotional ride taken the seven test! All and all I really loved and enjoyed the Goddess Test that I already finished the trilogy in the beginning of November ha that's how great this trilogy was for me! Well until next time my friends!
