Author Bio –
Lara Temple writes strong, sexy regency romances about complex individuals who give no quarter but do so with plenty of passion. After moving around the world for her career as a financial analyst and business consultant she returned to her childhood love of making up stories, and was surprised to discover that other people don’t mind reading them.

She lives with her husband and two children who are very good about her taking over the kitchen table for her writing (so she can look out over the garden and dream while Oscar the dog keeps her feet warm by sitting on them as she works).

The Earl’s Irresistible Challenge (out December 2018) is the first in her Sinful Sinclair series. In May 2019 Unlaced by the Highland Duke, part of a four book series with three other Harlequin Mills & Boon authors will be released.

*** I received this book by Rachel's Random Resources blog tour in exchange for an honest review, thank you so much to Rachel and Lara for giving me the opportunity to read and review The Earl's Irresistible Challenge. ***

This is the first time I read a book by  Lara Temple and it won't be my last time I will read a book by her.  I absolutely love and enjoy The Earl's Irresistible Challenge so much and it made me realize how much I miss reading historical romance books so much. I won't go into any details about this book because I don't want to be too a spoiler I will just tell you about what I love so much about The Earl's Irresistible Challenge.  Which I love absolutely everything in this amazing book the plotline was really well developed and very refreshing I so missed reading about this era in books at the beginning of The Earl's Irresistible Challenge was a slow start for me to read, but then the more pages I read the more I couldn't put this book down. The Characters are all amazingly well developed as well I absolutely loved that all the characters in this book had their flaws and were not perfect characters that you can see that they all had troubles in their lives and marriages etc.  The writing style and dialogue was very descriptive and expressive, it also flows really well and you understand everything within the book. Of course, my favorite characters are the main characters, Lucas Sinclair and  Olivia Silverdale these two totally completes each other and both of them are very attracted to each other when the first met under the troubling circumstances that the met each other. But the hot attraction was there for the both of them even if they were not exactly wanted to voice there attraction until much late on in the story, both Lucas and Olivia tried to fight their attraction to each other. But they more Lucas and Olivia spend time with each other they more their attraction and feelings grow, especially for Olivia. And that's what I absolutely love in this book that their feelings and attraction grow in time in The Earl's Irresistible Challenge. I think Lucas and Olivia are the perfect match for each other the both of them complete each other in every way and they both needed each other as well. All and all I absolutely loved and enjoyed everything in The Earl's Irresistible Challenge if you love historical romance with some steamy scenes in the book then I say please do pick it up I think you will love this book as well! I can't wait to continue to read more about the Sinclairs siblings especially Chase Sinclairs who I absolutely loved reading in this book!

 Lara Temple (Author)

When I was fifteen I found a very grubby copy of Georgette Heyer’s Faro’s Daughter in an equally grubby book store. Several blissful hours later I emerged, blinking, into the light of day completely in love with Max Ravenscar and with Regency Romance.

But the love remained one-sided as I progressed through various fascinating but completely unrelated careers in finance and high tech until my mother gave me a firm shove by entering one my many drawer-directed novels into Harlequin’s annual writing contest. To my shocked surprise I not only made it to the top ten but Harlequin commissioned me to write five Regency romances.

I write strong, sexy, and suspenseful regency romances about complex individuals who give no quarter but deliver plenty of passion.
Like every (or most) writers, I would love to hear from you about books (not only mine) and history and whatever you find that makes you love this period and genre.

I live with my  husband and two children who are very good about my taking over the kitchen table for my writing (so I can look out over the garden and dream). I love to travel (especially to places steeped in history) and hike and read as many books as possible (which just about sums up my dream vacation).

I recently went back to look for that grubby crowded little bookstore but couldn’t quite remember around what corner it was…hopefully it is still there and another girl is in the corner by the window, reading and dreaming…
