It's getting close to Halloween. If you HAD to read one of these two genres, which would you prefer -- urban fantasy, or horror, and why? (submitted by Maria @ A Night's Dream of Books)
I am going to read horror books this year for the Halloween season. I absolutely love watching Horror movies on tv which I actually watch Fear Feast on tv that they give every year for Halloween on tv. Plus I don't read a lot of horrors, spooky or creepy books during the Halloween season and I really need to change that this year.
I'm picking horror too (although I'm not sure if I'll have time to read any this Halloween season). I need to start watching some horror movies though because it's that time of year and I haven't watched any yet.

DeleteI picked UF, but only by default. I do enjoy horror, but I don't like *all* horror. I'm not super big into Urban Fantasy, but it's the safe choice if you want to know what you're getting into.

My favorite movie is Halloween (1978)!
Ohh this is a really hard question because I love a lot of Horror movies one of my top favorites is Halloween too and I am so going to see the new Halloween film when it comes out the 19th. But I will have to say my top favorite horror movie is of that literally gave me nightmares and the first horror film that I was really squirmish about was the 1999 film of House on Haunted Hill. There was one scene that really disturb me and I couldn't get that specific scene out of my head when I went to bed that night. I watch the film when I was in High School as well needless to say I was really tire the next day haha lol :) I really want to watch the original film of House on Haunted Hill that came out in 1959 as well I want to watch the sequel that is called Return to House on Haunted Hill that came out in 2007 which I think they are going to give this film at Fear Fest network this year and I can't wait to watch it!
