  1. I'm not sure how many books I've DNF'd but it's not all that many. There was one back last year that was a book I was really looking forward to and I ended up just not connecting with it at all. Such a disappointment!

    1. I know right that happened to me once and I enjoy the book a lot but I was not wow with it. And I was kind of disappointed with the book. Thank you for stopping by my blog hop Katherine.

  2. I don't like to stop reading a book, but if I am not enjoying it no sense continuing.

That isn't a standard procedure for me, but it does happen.

Thanks for coming by my blog earlier.

    Happy Hopping!!

  3. I rarely DFN books; I like to give them a fair chance as some improve at the midpoint.
Regarding blogging, I do love your header - very pretty. If I had one tip for you, coming as a reader, it would be to tighten the spacing in your posts a little. There are huge gaps between items, especially your social media links, which means a lot of tedious scrolling for readers, some of whom may give up before they get to the bottom to reach your comments section. Otherwise, I think your blog looks good! :)

  4. What kinds of stories were you having problems getting into? I only just started keeping track of the books I abandon.

    1. I really don't remember which books I abandoned because I don't keep track of them and I don't review them. But I do remember the book that I recently abandoned that I just couldn't get into it and I didn't connect with the characters at all was All The Rage by Courtney Summers. Thank you for stopping by my blog Eli.

  5. Your number of DNF is about the same as mine. It is actually rare for me to find a book that I just don't want to read any more.
