It is time. The boy must leave his family to serve in the Queen's army. To be chosen is an honor. To decline is impossible. The boy is modified. He is trained for several years, and learns to fight to the death. He proves to the Queen—and to himself—that he is capable of evil. He is just the kind of soldier the Queen wants: the alpha of his pack.

This is a short prequel for Scarlet an introduction to the Queen's Army and it start off how Ze'ev aka Wolf has become a part of the queen army when he was just twelve years old he goes through multiple surgeries to increase his effectiveness for the queen's army there Thaumaturge Jael put Wolf in his pack as a beta and from there Wolf live a hard tough life living like animals and fighting and training ever single day to be prepare if his pack was to be picked as the queen's army and I have totally forgotten that Ran was wolf youngest brother and this short prequel reminded me of that it also shows how cruel and cold hearted Ran really was when he was a kid and when the time has came the queen come to there underground training camp to pick and choose which pack to become her army Wolf and the alpha Brock had to fight and show the queen that there pack was the right pack to become her army and let me tell you it was a bloody fight to the death it also made Wolf the new alpha and also because of Wolf she choose his pack to become her army! Well Until Next Time My Friends!

I live in Tacoma, Washington, with my fiancé and our two cats. In addition to my slight obsession with books and writing, I'm big on road-tripping, wine-tasting, and hunting for antiques. I'm represented by Jill Grinberg.

CINDER, my debut novel, is a futuristic re-envisioning of Cinderella in which Cinder is a cyborg mechanic. Release date: 3 Jan 2012.
