If you ain’t scared, you ain’t human.

When Thomas wakes up in the lift, the only thing he can remember is his name. He’s surrounded by strangers—boys whose memories are also gone.

Nice to meet ya, shank. Welcome to the Glade.

Outside the towering stone walls that surround the Glade is a limitless, ever-changing maze. It’s the only way out—and no one’s ever made it through alive.

Everything is going to change.

Then a girl arrives. The first girl ever. And the message she delivers is terrifying.

Remember. Survive. Run.

Just wow wow wow wowee just let me tell you I started to read The Maze Runner because I saw the movie trailer and it was awesome plus it is an book to film that I wanted to read first before or if I decide to see the movie and I tell you I am super excited and can not wait until I see the movie because this book was absolutely Awesome! I went into reading this book blindly I did not really now what it was about all I now was the main character Tomas is in a shaft that is taking him up and that he does not have no memory at all about himself the only memory he now is his name and when the shaft that he is in stops and its open he comes face to face with other boys who are stuck in the glades that's all that I only now about The Maze Runner and Ohh boy what a ride it was while I was reading this book I was literally on the edge of my set with everything that Tomas was going through in the Glades and him trying to find out a way to get out of the glades from the maze outside from it and when he finally got his memory back well I just leave it there because I don't want to spoil it for anybody but I really loved and enjoyed the wild ride The Maze Runner put me through while reading it was just an awesome awesome book!

  1. Like you, I made sure to read the book before the movie and in the end I actually preferred the movie! Both are good in their own ways though and I'm glad you enjoyed :)
