And despite her growing love for Henry, ruler of the Underworld, he's becoming ever more distant and secretive. Then, in the midst of Kate's coronation, Henry is abducted by the only being powerful enough to kill him: the King of the Titans.
As the other gods prepare for a war that could end them all, it is up to Kate to save Henry from the depths of Tartarus. But in order to navigate the endless caverns of the Underworld, Kate must enlist the help of the one person who is the greatest threat to her future.
Henry's first wife, Persephone.

My Thoughts

( Warning There Will Be Spoilers In This Review)

Kate Winters has past the seven goddess test and has won immortality and also she has married the love of her life Henry in the Goddess Test Book. Now in Goddess Interrupted it starts off just where the goddess test left at. At the beginning is where Kate is coming back from her vacation from Greece with her best friend James aka Hermes. She can't wait to go back to her new home and be with Henry and her new Greek God's family members. When she get there first James takes her straight to the underworld and there she was greeted by her mother and Ava. But before she was greeted by Ava and her mother she had a powerful vision with Henry arguing with Calliope and fighting something off, but she could not see who he was fighting off with. Kate asked her mother and Ava what just happen to her and what she saw and where was Henry at. But all Kate mother do was explained to Kate she just received one of her gift. That she has to get ready for her coronation to become queen of the underworld and not to worry about Henry he will meet her shortly. But Kate couldn't help but be really worry about Henry because she now something was going on and that it was really bad if Calliope was involved. When Kate finally sees Henry she was in shock he was really hurt and bleeding she thought immortals can't bleed, Ava quickly sent to get Theo too heal Henry. Kate try to ask Henry what was going on and how did he get hurt if immortals can't bleed like he did, but of course Henry was avoiding her question and only telling Kate half of the truth. Kate try to get more question answer but she saw that Henry was becoming more distant and secretive towards her. Before Kate could ask any more question to Henry they were interrupted by James. But before Henry left he told Kate to get ready for her coronation and than promised her he will tell her the whole truth about everything that was going on around them. Kate is all ready to be crowned queen of the underworld but she had some doubts about it at first. But as soon as she sees Henry her doubts vanishes and she is ready to be queen. In the midst of Kate coronation they were attacked and Kate finally sees who the person who attacked them and is no other than the powerful king of the titans Cronus and now Kate was really scare for herself and her new family but she was petrified for her husband Henry! This is where I am going to leave it off at! I just love everything about this trilogy. The plot, the world, and all the characters even the characters I despised all of it was well developed. And I can't get enough of Aimee Carter writing style it was simply flawless I just couldn't get enough of it! All and all I just really loved and enjoyed Goddess Interrupted. That I had to pick up the goddess inheritance the next day to finished up reading the trilogy. Because of the ending of this book ugh the end was just too much! Well Untill Next Time My Friends!
