Synopsis

One choice can transform you—or it can destroy you. But every choice has consequences, and as unrest surges in the factions all around her, Tris Prior must continue trying to save those she loves—and herself—while grappling with haunting questions of grief and forgiveness, identity and loyalty, politics and love.

Tris's initiation day should have been marked by celebration and victory with her chosen faction; instead, the day ended with unspeakable horrors. War now looms as conflict between the factions and their ideologies grows. And in times of war, sides must be chosen, secrets will emerge, and choices will become even more irrevocable—and even more powerful. Transformed by her own decisions but also by haunting grief and guilt, radical new discoveries, and shifting relationships, Tris must fully embrace her Divergence, even if she does not know what she may lose by doing so.

New York Times bestselling author Veronica Roth's much-anticipated second book of the dystopian DIVERGENT series is another intoxicating thrill ride of a story, rich with hallmark twists, heartbreaks, romance, and powerful insights about human nature.

My Thoughts

Ohh My Oh My there are just no word that I can explain to you how amazingly awesome Insurgent was for me! Just Wow I Loved Love It! I really really loved and enjoyed Insurgent it start right off where Divergent ended and I just couldn't put the book down even though I was interrupted a couple of times ugh I hate when that happens but I felt really bad for Tris for everything she has to go through in Insurgent and that her relationship with Four was beginning to be a little rocky when Tris reveal her secret to Four I mean I know he felt hurt but he should have not acted and talked to Tris like a complete jerk after she told him the truth like really he should of handle it way better than that and not treated Tris like that way and too add more icing on the cake after Four acting like a jerk to her and that her best friend can't stand to be in the same room with her the one true person that Tris thought she can truly trust the most has betray her completely I was in total shock like Tris was when I fond out who that say person was and I just have one word to describe that person COWARD! Ugh! But I can't help it but feel more connected to Tris I am totally prepare too read Allegiant next even though I now some stuff that is going to happen next! Well Until Next Time My Friends!
