Post Prompt:

What books have made you cry (good cry, bad cry, ugly cry)?

My Answer:

I would say the Clockwork Princess (The Infernal Devices #3) by Cassandra Clare had me ugly cry especially that ending ugh just tears. And Confess by Colleen Hoover made me both bad, and good cry because of everything what the two main characters went through in Confess.

This Week Question:

How far in advance do you read the books you have scheduled for review? (submitted by Elizabeth @ Silver's Reviews)

My Answer:

I usually only have two too three books to review and I sometimes read all of them the same day. But the first day that I read a book for review I always read ten chapters in so around 100 pages in I read in advance.

  1. One hundred pages is great!!

I try to do at least 50 each night, but it usually turns out more or less.

I always have my reviews done ahead of time...just the way I am. :)

    Have a great weekend.

    Happy Hopping!!

  2. I used to easily get through 100 pages a night, but these days I have less time, so my average is 50-60. Though if I can't sleep or I'm waiting up for hubby, I'll read more.

    1. Yes I can totally understand that last year I could only read too 50-60 pages, because I was really busy last year as well. Thank you so much for stopping my blog hop Nicki.

  3. Interesting! I think two to three books is a good number. I'm lucky if I can read 100 pages in a day! I normal average 40-80 pages a day depending on the book. A very wide range but the font and line spacing can really make a difference in how fast I go through a book.

  4. I can only WISH I were that organized! Lol. I'm a very right=brained person when it comes to reading and posting reviews of the books I read. So I go with the flow. In fact, I rarely, if ever, schedule ANY post. :)

I've only read one book by Cassandra Clare: "City of Bones", from the Mortal Instruments series. I had mixed feelings about it. Maybe I'll continue with this series, but maybe not.

    Thanks for sharing! Hope you're having a lovely Saturday!! :) :) :)
